I run ads on this network. The revenue generated covers the cost of the gift cards -and also gives me a tiny bit of revenue-, allowing me to store them on a database and give back to the community.

Because funding is tied to ad revenue, the giftcards are limited. To ensure the system is not abused, the backend dispenser strictly enforces one claim per IP address to ensure fairness across the community.

When this site started, all options were unlocked. But due to the ads paying less and less every day, limits were placed to ensure the option was still available. By enforcing the referrals, we get revenue from each visit and this allows us to restock giftcards so the option is still available. Maybe in the future our revenue allows us to lift restrictions!
